Ganga is a documentary about water, about the most holy river in the world, the Ganges. 400 million people live on its banks, the world’s highest density of poor people. The 2,500 kilometres course of the Ganga begins at the Himalayan and ends at the sea of the Bay of Bengal, travelling through the memory of Hindu people. Between myth and legend, spirit and matter, we travel reality looking at different sides of development, strolling through every project made or to be made on its behalf.
